Sold - Bespoke Glass Display Cabinet with Unique Velvet Interior

A traditional glass display cabinet with glass panelled sides and front doors with wooden detailing. There are two removable glass shelves.

This bespoke display cabinet has been stripped back to the original wood and then primed and painted with Dixie Belle Silk Mineral Paint "Deep Sea", a fabulous navy blue which beautifully accentuates the gold pigment detailing on the cabinet doors and perfectly compliments the interior backing.

The back of the cabinet has been decoupaged with the finest Blackpop "Hampton Gold" Sustainable Velvet.

The opulent and dramatic "Hampton Gold" velvet is from the Blackpop Collectors' Collection the result of a collaboration with the Sir John Soane's Museum and directly working and reworking architects drawings, paintings and objects d'art.

This unique cabinet is undoubtedly a work of art in it's own right and will create a focal point of elegance and grandeur to any room.

(Note: This is an up-cycled piece of pre-loved furniture, so will show some signs of age, the glass in this cabinet is original and also shows signs of wear and tear. However, I take huge pride in restoring all my pieces to create the best possible quality finish).
